I doubt you will ejaculate any more more then you then you already have this because during surgery they destroy part of the mechanism that makes you ejaculate retro grade ejaculation is a myth it does not go backwards it was made up bye surgeons to cover up what they did doing any kind of exercise will not make you ejaculate any more I had same surgery I don't ejaculate at all

Hi Lmee, sorry your going through this, sounds like your nerves were damaged at the base of the bladder and urethra and you shouldn't have any issues any issues with the Mr, Retrograde ejaculation isn't harmful and you'll still experience the pleasure of an orgasm, I would have a chat with your GP or another GP if you feel uncomfortable with your current one, hope this helps and good luck

Seeing a doctor will not fix the problem I do not get hardly any pleasure when I ejaculate either they have ruined my sex life
