Is retrograde ejaculation after TURP surgery reversible?

I've had retrograde ejaculation every since having had TURP surgery for BPH in Sep 2021. I recently started doing kegel exercises, having read that it may help reverse retrograde ejaculation. Has anyone tried this, and have you been successful?

For the first time today since the TURP surgery, I noticed I produced a tiny bit of pre-ejaculate (pre-cum). I'm hoping that is a good sign and that if I continue with the kegel exercises, I'll be able to reverse (partially or fully) retrograde ejaculation. I'd love to hear experiences of others. Thanks.
