Hi does anybody else suffer with retrograde ejaculation on this forum?? And if so how as it affected u? The reason I ask it's destroying me that I can not come anymore i feel like a massive part of my Sexual pleasure has gone it's making me depressed very down about sex to the point I'm got ED unless I use drugs to help it which is not ideal thanks for any information in advance.

Talk to a urologist about this. If the cause is not prostate surgery, It's probably medicine. However, you should still be experiencing orgasms, possibly more intense. Unless you are trying to father a child, it's generally nothing harmful.

I was ok untill I had my rectum removed year an half ago because of crohn's disease I've never come since it's really getting me down

I have retrograde ejaculation, in my case it completely ruins sex, what should be the best part, (the orgasm) is actually the opposite, an anti-climax that makes me feel inadequate. I asked my doctor about it and he was unsympathetic and fobbed me off with viagra

Hey I have this issue right now, even though it seem to be getting better since yesterday. I had circumcision which has been a very complicated recovery period. The doc prescribed a cream for a scar ring that’s been left on my shaft and meds for the swelling, I don’t know of these are the cause but since I’ve been on these meds I’ve masturbated 4 times over the past 10 days and my semen is very much lower than usual. Like there’s no big fireworks when I climax, it’s like the semen is stuck, it barely seeps out, and then a few minutes after burning pain in my shaft. This is some weird and humbling stuff, it’s almost as if I’ve lost my sex life. I’ve been researching and hopefully this is something that will resolve on its own soon. I’m 30 entering my declining sex years and I want to enjoy the few years i have left but this surgery makes me feel like I’ve lost my manhood literally

The only time I heard about retrograde ejaculation was when I had surgery for bladder neck constriction. The urologist said have you had your kids, are you done ? I said yes why. He said there’s a rare chance you wouldn’t be able to ejaculate outside, it would in essence backfire inside. The advantage he said was there wouldn’t be a wet spot on the bed....

Yes I can orgasm but the feeling is nothing like it was infact it's really disappointing I'm soul destroyed with it.
