Retrograde ejaculation and erectile dysfunction

I'm Suffering from retrograde ejaculation and erectile dysfunction after having my rectum removed last June is there any chance that anybody on this forum knows of any cures or operations to treat this condition of any kind ?

Sorry to hear i personally suffer retro ejack i ejack into my bladder due to removal of my old fella and having prostate cancer both due to cancer my doc recons that it will never change

Its hard but you will get use to it i did even with out my old fell 1/2inch my mrs found a way to still make me come and the sensation is the same as if you ejaculate normally its bloody good actually

Google Collagen or Botox Injection of the bladder neck. I believe the Hisar hospital in Turkey injected collagen to recreate a bladder neck sphincter to help the seamen come out normally rather than going back into the bladder (retrograde).

Also I believe a number of hospitals have applied Botox to bulk up the bladder nexk to help with incontinence.

East Kent Hospital may be one of these having used Botox to help fix the bladder neck - I understand.

It sounds like a Non evasive procedure mat be around the corner (if not already) where the Bladder neck sphincter has been damaged or left gaping.

This topic is of interest to myself having had BPH Prostate Surgery leaving me with RE.

I think this could be a huge market for a clinic / hospital... and addresses what can be a phycological / anxiety issue for a lot of men... creating further health issues & generally poor QOL from it.

Hey Jay please let us know how it goes. Ive got RE and urgency after turp on bladder neck. Been only 3 month will wait. Then I will contact hospital in Turkey and UK to see if collagen is available. As last resort will try thailand since they do all kind of things there..

Hi I'm in the process now of sorting out the Documentation to go to Turkey to proceed with this procedure this is my only hope of it being reversed at the present moment it's affecting me psychologically massively I my sex life one way or another I need this sorting.

Well guy's I've been to Turkey unfortunately for me the procedure wasn't successful which as you can imagine I'm really disappointed about! I don't no where to go from here any advice anybody?

I don't think there is any remedy for retrograde ejaculation. I had a TURP done, it was the only procedure available to me. My doctor said orgasm would be the same, it isn't. Sure, you end up breathing like you have run a marathon and it is pleasurable but it isn't the same (for me). For my partner it makes no difference as I function the same way as before, and there is no mess, but the pneumatic effects of ejaculation are important. One thing it effected my rhythm, pacing as I didn't get those clues that I was going to come.

I don't know about using Sudafed as a temporary cure. You have to take it every four hours the day before the event. I think it was discovered by a chap who wanted to father a child. I am a spontaneous chap, don't like having to plan. At my age, when I am hard, I am going for it.
