hello can anybody help me in identifying what this line is along the head

How long has it been there? It looks like a Boxer/Underwear mark.

For as long as I can remember, it used to be worse but faded overtime but seems to not fade much more anymore

Was it after your surgery? and how far back was this?

If it doesn't hurt or bring any physical discomfort in any way, it's nothing to worry about.

I was cut at a very young age, and it doesn’t hurt

Hi you may have been circumcised as a baby with a circumcision device which was not placed in the right position probably the shield to cover the glans was not in the right position before the foreskin was removed. Your parents might be able to enlighten you on what happened.But it's nothing to worry about it gives you a very unique member 👍🏻

It looks like the clamp used to circumcise you was improperly applied.

I have a friend with a similar outcome. The clamp severed a grove on your glans when it was applied incorrectly.

Most likely cosmetic surgery, however, if it's not causing pain and the glans still has sensation in that area, I'd leave it alone. Dismiss the grove as an old tattoo that was removed. Focus on the fact thay you have a fully, functional organ.

You're lucky. I just read of a baby who's tip was cut off with a clamp. Parents got around $1-3M or in the area of that. They clamped you. Some doctor in the room yelled at the student..."STOP STOP, You're gonna snip his kaboshka off, idiot", The way they can do them today should mean parents shouldn't do it at birth and wait till the procedure has less risks and possible member issues like your scar. I've seen baby and adult cuts and I think doctors would have an easier time working with adult males. 20 minutes and you're done.
