Tightness at the incision site circumferentially but not due to less skin , it is due to scar tisssue i think!! Is this normal??

Glans sensitivity is definitely down

Cleaning behind the ridge is a slightly discomfortable thing

How to soften the incision site?? When to start the procedure , if any! And how long does it take to show its effects!!

When can i have sex ?

And is there any chance of infection now?

Whole incision area has closed and scabs have come out frenulum area also has no wound now and no stitches all healed up there!! Atleast visually from outside

For just 5 weeks things are looking good. You seem to be healing well. Tightness is to be expected for a while yet till everything is fully healed. Although it looks good on the surface, there will still be healing happening inside. Once my incision was closed, I used Bio oil and coconut oil to soften the skin but there seems to be different opinions about that.You shouldn't be thinking about sex until after 6 weeks and even then be careful. Don't thrust too vigorously for to begin with ( difficult I know when you haven't had sex in a while) Masturbation will feel completely different also.
