Does anyone else's circumcision look asymmetrical when comparing left to right? Especially around the frenulum area.
Also any advice on dealing with keloids around the incision line?

Okay, thank you for the advice.
Mine does. I had a partial circumcision 11 years ago due to phimosis. Went in in to do a full one 2 months ago mostly for cosmetic reasons. Only the first one was done a bit crooked, and the new doctor chose to do the "sleeve resection" method, which resulted in the skin just under the glans being assymetrical. Bulges more on one side. If I had knewn I had done a regular one, even though it would have meant two lines of stitches, but not much to be done now
How does it feel now? Any uncomfortable feelings while walking etc?
No barely any physical sensations when walking. For some reason penis seem to stick to my balls when it gets hot. Before my foreskin used to cover the lower part of my glans, now it is exposed and since it is more "sticky" it gets that way. Not something I had expected.
If I had a "higher" (further from the glans) circumcision, I guess that it would be more likely I would have sensations while walking since more pulled back skin (pink skin) would be exposed. Mine is kind of similar to the one you got. Good thing that you don't mind it not looking perfecyly symmetrical, wish I could say the say but I beat myself up a little more. Lost more sensation that I would have expected too. Anyway, great that you are well and happy with the procedure
My main issue is that I still find it difficult to walk without pain but I'm not sure if it's due to the op or keloids. I was hoping it would even out a bit more as the months passed in recovery but it doesn't look too bad so it's manageable. Before the op I couldn't expose the glans at all when erect
Mine isn’t totally symmetrical - the cut is slightly nearer the glans penis on one side (you can see from my posts). But it doesn’t bother me. I think it would be unusual to have everything on our bodies totally symmetrical.
I still have some shaft skin movement, was that an issue for you or was the revision for aesthetic reasons?
I wanted to have no shaft-skin movement both for how it looks and how it feels. My infant circumcision was fairly tight and I wasn’t unhappy with it, but I always liked the idea of it being tighter. I now have no movement at all when erect and just a little when flaccid.
Are there any noticeable changes in sensation and pleasure after becoming tighter? I have quite a bit of movement when flaccid but it tightens up a lot but not fully when erect.
Yes, sensation got better for me. Hard to explain but somehow the feeling of tightness makes it better - when erect there is a constant tension. My glans penis has flared out since my revision. I also had my frenulum removed then. I was never that sensitive in that area and it feels a lot better now.
Do you have any new photos on how it looks now? We had same type of cut
What has your doctor said?
I'm on these for 10 weeks. If that doesn't work there's nothing else they can do :/
Did they say why it occurred to start? What did they say exactly it is? Scar tissue? Keloid?
Also, does the area feel hard or more like swelling/ballon?
Did they say why it occurred or how? Curious why did they say there is nothing to do, this sounds like a serious problem that has to be address by them
Any cut or wound has the potential of forming keloids or hyper trophic scarring and it's a greater risk for people of colour. Guess I was just unlucky. They said cutting the scars out could potentially just cause more and bigger scars and since it's quite small it's better not to risk it.
There's always steroid injections but the dermatologist advised me to use the steroid tape
Hey. How’s your circumcision looking now? Yeah mine is assymetrical!
