Have had this thing here for a few months now. Has definitely gotten smaller over the months but still there. I’ve never had sex only oral sex. Hasn’t spread to anywhere else on my genital area. What could this be? Also have never experience cold sores or anything. Someone help.

It could be a small popped vein , it takes a long time for them to go away. I suggest you go to a urologist asap do properly diagnose

You don’t think it’s anything sexually contracted do you. It hasn’t spread anywhere.
They dont spread immediatley , oral sex usually is Syph or HSV2 - genital herpes . I suggest you get tested for that .
Also test for Balanophostitis . Dont leave it like that

Tbh i think it’s hsv2 , please get tested , do a complete sexual healthcheck to make sure.
This has been here for almost 6 months and nothing has spread. This is the only thing on my genitalia. I’ve had no other symptoms of herpes do you really think it could be?
