Swelling/fluid 6 days after ZSR Circumcision between head and incision.

Hey guys,

I had a circumcision 6 days ago and have quite a bit of fluid or swelling between the head and the cut of the foreskin; it goes right around like a donut. Has anyone else experienced this and have any advice or tips? How long until I see it start to go down?

Hey bro. From what you describe, I have exactly the same. It's swelling and I was told it would reduce over time. I'm 6 weeks in now and it's a lot less than it was.

Thanks mate for the reply! Looks more positive today, I have double jocked and have had the penis facing upwards and it seems to have helped a bit, i guess the gravity theory is right! I was just worried returning to work as I work 12hr shifts and that would be a long day! The worst part is going to sleep I have atleast 5 times where I get a night time hard on and it's excruciating 🫣 so not getting much sleep. Did ypu get zsr or traditional technique?

I wished I did the tight pants upright thing at the start. I left hospital with no dressing and let it all hang loose. Great to air it but hurt hitting clothes. I relate to your erections man. I was the same. Ouch! They do get better. Mine was traditional, standard non-cosmetic cut so I have a little loose skin resting on back of head when I'm soft. I'm pleased with how it looks now. My only other advice is wash it daily in salt water and use a little savlon to help healing. Use Vaseline to stop head rubbing/soreness. Good luck. Feel free to ask anything else. Cheers.

I guess the big question is have you tried sex or masterbation and if so how did it feel? Or still to soon?

Not sex yet but I have masturbated a few times. Gently and avoiding the scar area!
