Okay, you mean your urethra. Do you have a foreskin? Or are you circumcised? The hole should be a small slit. Is the diameter of your hole growing? Is there any bacterial infection?
Did pull your frendulum too hard on masturbation sessions? (the little piece of skin that attaches to the head and foreskin or what is left over after the circumsision). Try to think back. Have you put anything in your penis hole or urethra?
