even in flaccid state my veins look too prominent.. And when I erection it feels like my veins are popping out of my penis .

Is there any way to fix this veins , I know people will say it's normal but I really don't like it.

Mine is same as you and my partners like it! I don't know why it annoys you. Veiny penis in erection could be seen prettier to me. Do you feel painful or weird feeling when touching those veins?
