My penis is small like just normal size. But when I get hard it gets bigger than normal size. The head obviously is tight, but so far there's no problem... I pee fine, my sperm sometimes shoots out. So is there a way to stretch the head to pull back coz it's sore.....

My doctor prescribed me steroid creams to use which helps loosen the skin and you can do exercises to stretch the skin apparently once it is loose enough. I had the same issue that i could not pull my foreskin back when I was erect. It wasnt urgent but i decided to get an adult circumcision to solve the problem for good as it was impacting my sex life (if the skin pulled back too far during sex it was painful or uncomfortable). I would talk to your family doctor about some solutions (circumcision is a last resort really) and steroid creams can be used for lengthy periods of time to help with the problem

So how did the circumcision go? Does the penis grow thou... Yea circumcision is a last resort thou I will give the creams a go

Vitamin E oil is also available over the counter in any pharmacy. Less fuss than breaking open the capsules!

Yes...will give this method a try and see. The skin is tight thou so the head won't come out

I think I must do more stretching so it can get used to it and hopefully with the vit e and lotion it can be easy to pull back
