Hey everyone, I’m glad to see there is a community of guys going through the same thing.
I am 29, just had my circumcision on Monday so I am three days in. To be honest I barely like looking at it! I don’t feel any paid other than the hypersensitivity. My doctor recommended I take of the bandage 24hrs after the surgery in the shower and let me tell you I almost passed out in there by myself. I have woken up with erection and accidentally punched my penis lol that was not fun. Overall the experience is not horrible but I am mostly just naked all the time and I have somewhere to be on Friday but am very worried about the sensitivity. Even the thought of rubbing Vaseline on my head sounds painful. Any other tips?

Hey man! Recovery can take time so it’s important to be patient, but don’t worry it will happen :). For the first days try to put your penis up when wearing underwear, it can help to reduce swelling that may be present the first days after the surgery. I would recommmend to always talk to your doctor about what you can apply just to be safe!
I understand the sensitivity issue, especially if you have somewhere to be, it can be a bit uncomfortable so try to be careful that day.

Hi there - I think all who have been circumcised as adults have experienced the same experience, I managed my hypersensitivity by wrapping my penis in soft cotton wool. A sort of cup if you like which I could then tolerate wearing underwear.
Update on my situation for future dude that have to go through this procedure and also dealt with the anxiety that came with the hypersensitivity.
I had to put on pants on Friday. I had no choice. I was about 5 days in from the procedure and was dealing with pure anxiety as to what I could do to deal with that electricity you get from is touching anything! I got the softest gauze I can get and some medical tape. I made a sort of “taco” undercarriage and gently placed my penis in there. It wasn’t comfortable at first so I stuffed some toilet paper in there to leave to room for movement. Once the pants were on your brain kind of forgets. Fast forward two days later and I have no problem putting on underwear. I’m still pissing in multiple directions though but I hope that passes soon lol.
Hey man! I’m glad you were a me to go through your day! As you say, we all heal day by day so it’s important to be patient. I understand the anxiety and how overwhelmed you feel when recovering, but trust me you’ll heal well and Im sure you’ll like the end result in all aspects
Don’t worry about the pissing streams haha, it happened to me too, it’ll pass as you heal each day
