Top is only cut

Iam 7 months post circumcision and my problem is the top is the only one that is cut there's a bumps on top but i guess that's normal but my worry is the bumps on side not actually scar bumps but skin bumps iam worried couse i see everyone the the top and bottom is included in cut.Is this normal?

hey bro. I was circumsiced 5 months ago. Did your penis better alot from 2 months ago to currently? My scar is a bit raised and bumpy and hard and a bit dark.
