Before circumcision if i want to pee urgently my penis length will increase and strong and seems to be bulk, after circumcision if i need to pee urgently my penis length seems to be small and not bulky. And also iam urinating frequently up to 6 times. I had zsr circumcision 1and half year back for phimosis, still having same problem.
Can anyone tell the issue or is it normal with circumcision??

When we have to pee urgently - meaning we have the need to go to the bathroom but don’t go (like overnight when we are in deep sleep) the blood vessels in our groin area get more oxygen flow and that dilates the blood vessels in our penis (vasodilation). The increased blood flow is exactly what happens when we here erections. Men don’t usually get erections when they are awake and when they need to pee… it’s not common because we have control over our senses and can mentally tamp down the sensation in our penis as we are mentally distracted by normal activity.
You were likely getting the semi erections pre circumcision as you had severe phimosis and where likely getting little to no sensation on your glans (penis head) and the vasodilation was taking over to bulk it a little.
Now that your glans are fully exposed (post circumcision) your glans are getting high levels of sensation. This has made you penis more normal mainstream - as in no semi erection when you need to pee.
Interestingly this exposed glans are also causing you to want to pee more. The constant rubbing of you sensitive head is giving you more sexual sensation which simulates the signals to the brain for desire to pee.
Also known that when the glans are exposed the penis tends to feel a little cool which enhances the sensation and desire to pee.
This need to pee more is only because your glans are new to this exposed feeling. You probably also get erections now more easily because your glans are exposed. Some people after getting circumcision get erections very easily even when they walk and their boxers or pajamas loosely rub against their penis head (glans).
