Im at 16 days of the zsr circumcision and still swelling

I cant get fully erect till 12cm, it stuck at 8cm

Is it normal ?

i used to have 12cm erection, now it only 8cm, it feels so tight, the doctor told me it still swelling do give it a time.

You mean you went from a 4.7" erection to a 3.9" erection after you had a circumcision? Is that because the skin is holding your penis back from further growth (the "tight" cut)? Wouldn't the doctor know how much to cut and leave some room on everyone? Have you looked into stretching techniques? Once you're healed, that might be something to try. Sensitivity is over rated. Now you can use your wang to slap things harder. Close the door with it, Hammer a nail, etc

i told him i need small cut because i dont have many skin when erection before circumcision, but i guess zsr circumcision is not his knowledge. Now when erection it pull my below stomach skin and balls.

yeah i read a lot, and using bio oil + streching will be my friend for 2 years ahead, about the sensivity, i suffer PE because of it, i will try sex next month too see is there anything change with sensivity

Yes I would say some techniques require the skin to be pulled so far forward for the clamp to work correctly on it (is my guess). So maybe a ZSR and Mogen clamp method require the skin to be pulled over the head and then some leading to a risk of tight skin. What you're experiencing is a big concern I have in getting circumcised. I don't want to lose sensitivity. Sex at times is distracting enough with the funny stuff going through your head (like taxes, or that task you forgot to finish for work) that I don't need to risk my penis feeling like a numb limb. I have lots of foreskin I think in comparison to what you described, but my doctor suggested if he did a circumcision, he would cut 90% away. I'm still looking for a doctor who meets my request. The 2nd said he could cut the scar away and join the skin, but that would leave a stitch "train track" scar 1/2 way down my shaft. If I got snipped, I'd just want the skin cut just below the scar and have the bottom 1/2 attached at the glands vs cutting 90% and attaching the bottom remaining to the glands. Good luck in your stretching. Heard coconut oil is also good. Stuff with collagen is what I would look for.

tight cut is not a good idea, because of the blood flow keep pushing and nowhere to go.
