ZRS circumcision - After ring fall

I am on my 17 th day after ZRS circumcision. My ring fully detached after 12th day and having some wound area on the frenulum part due to frenuloplasty.

Currently it’s in yellowish color (little blood clots) after the final stitch came out. Sometimes it’s little paining during night erection and I am still doing dressing with wound healing ointment.

Please give me better advise on healing the wound area faster. Does the dressing part delay the wound healing? Advise if any best practice to heal soon?
