Hi, I have what feels like a swollen bump on the underside shaft near the base of my penis. Its a new development. Its not really painful, just a little sore when I touch it. I haven't had sex in years so thats not it. It might have happened after masterbation potentially? Maybe I was too rough or something like that? Or maybe I just haven't done a good enough job cleaning down there maybe? I don't know how to post pictures here.
