Hi Everyone, 15 days ago i got circumcised due to phimosis. My glans is totally uncovered atm.
I had my 2nd appointment to the doctor today and he said it's everything fine. Stitches are still there and frenulum zone+left side is a bit swollen...For the first time today i've tried to walk without gauze on my glans and it was awful, i literally stop to walk, seems like i was having some kind of shocks in my nerves. The sensivity was extremely high and i can't understand if it's a normal problem or is just my mind that sucks. Frenulum zone and back glans crowns are killing me
Luckily, until today i never had bleeding problems even if i have several erections during the night/early morning.
Do you think it's normal or is it just my mind that "is not accepting" ?
If you have any suggestions please let me know.
Thank you everyone

its because your glans have not desensitized.. I practised autocircumcision for years before I got mine done, it will take you many months before they become fully densensitized.. my advice to you is to keep the gauze around the head during the day and remove it all at night, the materials will help condition it during night times and you will be able to sleep within a few days when you get used to the fabrics touching it.. then after a month or two you can remove the gauze through the day and everything will be like it is during night
That all sounds pretty normal to me. I wore loose boxers until I got used to them. The rest of the time I wore nothing. At about the 4th week I had gotten comfortable enough to wear tighter bottoms. I bought trunks that had no seems out of M&S and a pair of Odd Balls of Amazon. They are great. Just takes time to get used to them. I had no gauze or bandage after the 4th day as per my surgeon's advice.
Thanx for the answer...i think it would be impossible at the moment to walk normally without gauze. Incredible you were able to do it only after 4 days.
I feel you man I could wear normal underwear for a month because of how sensitive it was. I had bad phimosis so it’s normal to have that crazy sensitivity because it’s a part of your penis that has never been exposed. I would try to just sit in underwear first for longer periods of time while not moving too much to get used to it. However to go out in public I wore a big baseball cup over my penis and wore tight underwear over it to hold it in place. It wasn’t the best but it was better than wearing underwear for the first month. I’m over two months post op now and can wear underwear completely normal. Just know it gets better
I’m trying to walk without gauze at home and i do 1mt in 30 min :D. Yesterday was going better but today is a bit swollen in the back-left side. It’s really annoying
I’m 6 weeks post op and can now touch glance for a long time but the closer I get to the tip the more sensitive it becomes but I’m playing the long game I’ll happily wear gauze for couple months as long as it desensitised it I’m happy cos honestly putting boxers on without gauze feels like hell it feels like a strong electric shock
Yes same here…but i think it’s going a bit better. When i’m at home i try to walk (very very slow) without gauze. Do you have hypersensivity even in the frenulum zone or a hell-stretching feeling?
Yeah I’m frelum and near the tip the base of the glance is fine I can touch easily without any pain but the tip and frelum and still really sensitive but wearing without gauze will certainly speed up the sensitivity but personally I don’t mind taking the long run it’s more comfortable
