My foreskin is tight and my glans are sensitive and hurt when I touch it. What can I do about it?

Hey guys im 19 and I have a tight foreskin (phimosis) and hypersensitive glans. I can retract my penis but the longest I can keep it fully retract is 2 minutes until it starts hurting. Also whenever I touch my glans it hurts like crazy. I want to get circumcised but Im afraid if I get it my penis glans will fell horrifying due to how sensitive it is. Ive been insecure about this since I was 16 and got dumped by my first girlfriend because she said my penis scares her. most people were circumcised or uncircumcised but can retract foreskin. Can you guys help me out by giving me advice? I just want a regular penis. Im happy with my size but I wish I could retract the foreskin and my glans wont feel like hell every time I touch it.

I had the exact same problem so I know exactly what you are going through. I decided to get circumcised in May last year and that journey wasn't an easy one I can assure you, however now I'm comfortable with my penis glans as it has desensitized.

I gave it time and now I'm enjoying having a penis I'm no longer afraid of, I can do whatever I want and so can any girl. I would suggest a circumcision but at the end of the day it is all up to you man I was just sharing how I solved my sensitivity and phimosis issue with you.

Thank you so much for sharing. I have been wanting to get circumcised but Im only scared because my glans(tip of the penis) are so extremely sensitive. Would you mind sharing how long it took for you to get desensitized and also if there were any struggles or problems you faced?

Glad to help. I'm 26 now by the way I got cut at 25, since you're 19 it may take much lesser. I got circumcised 3rd of May last year and the first few days were a pain but it healed in a few weeks with the stitches falling off.

The biggest challenge I had was wearing clothes, namely underwear and pants so I resorted to staying in doors undressed for until I think end of June. Luckily my mom and brothers understood and were catering to my every need, I also did not have a busy schedule which was advantageous.

I would say it took me 8 weeks to adjust to wearing clothes and walking again, all the while I was just washing it with warm salt water to try and desensitize. I started by wearing briefs, tight ones at that to avoid it from moving around. Now I can even go commando or wear boxers no problem.
