Do you know what type of mycosis do I have ? (18yo)

Hello,

I am 18 years old, I have for at least 4 years 2 rather strange buttons below the glans, I have never dared to tell anyone about it.

These buttons haven't evolved it seems to me, but I don't know what type they are, I would like to know to find a way to remove them.

Besides, I find these pimples strange because I have never had sex, and I have impeccable hygiene (which was not the case when I was younger). Here is the image of the button below the acorn (in reality there are 2 large and 2 small but with the quality it is difficult to see):

They bother me a lot aesthetically (especially the first one), I need your help to know what these buttons are please.

I'm not a doc, good night or not, but the first one looks like a stitch mark from a circumcision??? Are you cut? The second one just *looks* like a sebaceous pimple but not an infected one. I could be wrong on both though
