I am circumcised from 2 months. But my docter is unexperienced. He removed the too much foreskin from one side and my penis is swell. While erection my penis cannot get proper size. so what i do?

I’m 3 months now and I still have swelling but its normal , I would wait awhile when it starts to go down and then go from there

I think you need to wait about six months post-op to see what will be the outcome. Swelling will go down and the incision line smoothen. If the tightness and the size is then still an issue you can try to strech you skin, but not now.

There are some penoscrotal transposition surgeries available, but they are very expensive operations and need very experienced plastic surgeon to do that. The idea is to maintain sensitivity on that area rather than normal skin flap plantation.

Yaa... But i am mentaly stressed when i look at this... i think how much time i am suffer... My erection is less after circumcision... because i think too much..
