5th day after circumcision

good morning is my 5th day since my circumcision my penis was swallen on a small part though now its getting better and taking shape my penis feels so painful wer they r stitches i feel like someone is stabbing me with needles my glans sensitivity is bit low...but i cant stop night eraction they r so painful

For the erections it helps to sleep in a foetal position with your knees tucked up towards you,have a bag of frozen peas and a tea towel handy and when you get an erection get up and walk,this drains the blood away faster and hold the peas over it until it goes down.

The erections are a nightmare. I found that no matter what way I slept it didn't help. I am now day 19 and the erections no longer hurt. The pain started to ease as the stitches came out.Hold in there mate, it will get better!
