3 weeks ago I had frenuloplasty operation, and I think I went to a wrong doctor, my first post - op control was 3 weeks after operation, and first question he asked was "Did u have sex and did it hurt?"
I was confused because I know it need to heal, also I still had stitches, when I told him that he said I am stupid.
Well stitches were there, he was shocked and rip them of by hand. He also said that if its not gonna change after 2 months, circumsision awaits, where I really wanted to do anything to avoid circumsision because I am afraid of that
What should I do now? Go to other specialist or do some excersise? It doesn't look like to get better at all, I am just sad because I have to pay for something that is worse for me than It was.
Here I am sending u pictures how its looking like after 25 days.
Your doctor doesn't sound very helpful! One problem with a frenuloplasty alone is that it is trying to heal whilst still being contained inside the foreskin along with the waste materials of smegma and trapped urine.
Any time you try to retract your foreskin to clean under it you risk ripping the scabs off the frenulum and delaying its healing. This, of course, doesn't happen if a circumcision has also been done.
It may be worth talking to another doctor if possible, but should the concensus be that you ought to be circumcised then don't be afraid of it. It is a simple external procedure that can easily be done under local anaesthetic. There are many proven health and sexual benefits from circumcision, so don't hold back if it proves to be necessary or desirable.
So its still healing? Is there any chance that this can go back to normal? I just dont want circumsision, just dont want. I had minor problem with frenulum and expected the operation to help, but I guess doctor complicated it more than it was before, and I am do angry right now, because of the pain I had to bury. I dont want to go through this twice, my operation had "anesthesia" but I didnt feel like any.
You need to see a different doc Bro. I'm very pro circumcision but if you don't want it don't let them talk you into it, this can easily be fixed. I'm no doc but IMHO he shortened the frenulum when it needed total removal. Good luck
