Post Circumcision Infection

I had a ZDR circumcision surgery on 7th December. Till 12th Day it was fine but now. There is pus secretion from my wound. I have attached the pic for reference. My Doctor is out on vacation. What can be done?

I should pester the living daylights out of them. I had a circumcision 5 months a go and had a strep infection in which I was giving a cortisone cream to sort it out. It worked but could not walk out because of terrible soreness. Finally the urologist acknowledged that I now have a severe dermatological reaction to the original cream. Prescribed betamethasome and the first time in months that I can walk perfectly okay. Make sure you get on to nhs

To clarify, the strep infection was there after the circumcision. This was not identified until 2 weeks later as the surgeon had gone on holiday Absolute agony because of open wounds when passing urine. Cortisone prescribed and cleared the strep infection but I couldn't walk any distance because of sensitivity. I got myself quite down and depressed. Finally I got an appointment with my urologist who performed the original circumcision and was quite alarmed as it was a dermatological reaction to the original prescribed cream. Now all okay within just a few days treatment with betamethasone
