Penis discharge

Hey

I usually notice white semen like discharge from penis while defecating. STI tests was negative/ was ok. Why this/What would it be?

Is there anyone who can say something about this.

Maybe this is arising from your prostate since STI’s have been excluded. When you poo, maybe the combination of straining, plus the poo passing by the prostate on its way out is causing an inflamed prostate to leak. Do you have any other symptoms eg: pain?

I’d go back to the doctor.
