Have any of you guys on here heard of getting a few stitches under the skin at the base of the penis to prevent it from retracting in the pubic fat? I saw this on a YouTube video and wondered if it was a success?

Retracting Penis
Can you post the link or the video title? Never heard of this and I’m skeptical about how that would work. Stitches aren’t permanent and fat can come back with poor diet/ lack of exercise even with people who have large scale fat removal/reshaping procedures like tummy tucks etc. I doubt it would last long term but I could be wrong
I can’t remember what exact video it was but it was on YouTube and searched for adult circumcision buried penis.
You are probably more certain in preventing that problem if you lose the pubic fat.
That is easier said than done.
Like most things in life it can often depend on how much you want to achieve it!
I am well aware of the fact. I have battled with my weight and pubic fat all my life. I have tried lots of diets and exercise my weight goes down then back up again.
Have you tried prescription weight loss through your GP? It provides you with gym membership, an app, a Fitbit and a modern set of Bluetooth connected scales. Through the app you have access to others on the same journey, dieticians, coaches and a lot more.
I have not tried it through my gp. I have tried a few different slimming classes. I lost 5.5 stone once but the weight just came back. My gp has told me to loose weight but never offered support. I will ask for more support.
Have you tried Keto diet combined with intermittent fasting? I lost quite a bit of weight combined with exercise. Also sorted out a few health issues. Not easy to loose weight once one goes over 30's
Yes there is such a surgery and it is performed by a reputable surgeon double boarded in both Urology and Plastic Surgery by the name of Gary Alter, MD from Beverly Hills, CA. He is well published in the medical literature. He is also a very nice guy. Look him up.
