Over the last couple of years, after vigorous oral sex, I've been getting hard raised bumps under the skin, just behind my glans. They're not particularly painful, just uncomfortable, and if I don't have any sexual activity for a few days (at least not blow jobs) they'll mostly disappear. I did visit my doctor when they first appeared and he sent me for an ultrasound but of course by the time I had my appointment the lumps had pretty much vanished and nothing out of the ordinary was noted. Any ideas what these are?
