It's unclear what you mean, and sadly it isn't allowed to post pictures, but some lumps and bumps on the penis are completely normal.

Those look harmless to me, though I don't think they're pearly penile papules as suggested in the comments. In your position, I'd ask a doctor to take a look next time you see one, but I wouldn't make an appointment specially.

I went to 2 doctors and they said it is normal , but it still annoy me in shape. I want to look for treatment. Someone told me use aldara cream and it is also expensive but it doesn't matter.

What do you think of?

If you've seen two doctors and they said it's normal, then you don't need any treatment. Anything you try might make things worse, so if I were you, I'd just get used to it. I honestly don't think there's a problem.

That's different from the other picture, and seems to be extreme keratinization. I don't think there's much you can do about it I'm afraid, though some people say that using moisturizer or coconut oil helps. Just use water to wash it, or if you use soap or shower gel, make sure it's completely washed off again. Different underwear may help, and there are some brands of underwear specially for circumcised (or recently circumcised) men.
