Well mine was swollen to three times its size and didn't look like my penis. There were traces of blood and it was very red.My balls were also swollen. It does get better though

mine was a lot swollen blue to black colored due to the hematoma thas extending to the balls. really painfull to watch day 2 and 3. feeling was strange when i had uncomplete erections, felt like i was in a tight vagina.

A literal bloody mess! Massively swollen (like three times the size), dried blood everywhere, and usually some lymph discharge. But the good news is that it heals quickly if you leave it alone, the area is well supplied with blood and lymph which helps with this. Within a week you'll find it's back to normal size and probably scabbed over slightly with what's called wet scab. After three weeks it will be almost completely healed externally.

Did you guys experience swelling to the point where the skin overlapped and covered almost all of the gland?

Yes mine was swollen at least 3 times normal and the glans looked lost in the middle of it. As the swelling went down things balanced out a bit and I could see the whole glans again. Took a good 10 days though

It will get better Mike. Next week will look very different. I didn't recognise mine as belonging to me to begin with. Take care
