I take it you are using lube. If you are and it remains sore, that’s not right, and you should probably see a doctor if it doesn’t get better.

I get sore if I don’t use lube or not enough lube buddy. Make sure you use plenty of it. If it continues to cause u pain/irritation then go see a GP mate. Hope all is well

Been to a consultant urologist. She put it down to nerve damage. The underside of penis is ok. No pain .. I'm diabetic who injects twice daily with premixed insulin. They say diabetics can suffer from peripheral neuropathy. Thanks for your reply.
