3 months after circumcision still weeping fluid which has a slight chemical smell not an infection as no symptoms of an infection and also a month ago went for a check up and it was like that then and was told nothing to worry about just keep it clean!!! any advise or anybody else had this?

Do you have an open wound on incision line 3 months post-op? Probably on frenulum area?

What kind of wound care routine you have? Do you have (pre-)diabetes?

I suggest you to talk to your local healthcare provider again. That is not normal wound healing, IMO.
