I went through zsr yesterday on 2 nov...i am facing difficuty in passing urine and bandage is also wet with urine and blood ....what should i do......is self dressing penis easy???????

Very early days, if you're concerned ask the doctor who did the procedure. Drink plenty of water so you keep the urine flow going, it's easier to go when your bladder is full

Any interruption to the normal flow of urine can be critical. Consult your GP, or the surgeon who did your circumcision, as a matter of urgency.
