Feel like I need to pee all the time!literally feels like I’m holding it in. All day

Hi guys, I’m 35 yr old guy with a bit of a problem.

I feel like I need to pee all the time and it’s so frustrating. It’s affecting my day to day life. Started off about 6-7 days ago as a small need to pee but today it’s been unbearable.

I had unprotected oral bout 9 days ago in which she also licked my anus. and have had sti test done 2 days ago which came back negative.

Also they checked White blood cell count in my urine and it’s normal.

There is a slight tingling / burning when I do pee.

No discharge I don’t think, only seen a tiny bit of clear fluid but couldn’t tell if it was urine or not.

Any idea what it could be?

It’s so frustrating. Literally feel like I need toilet next to me all day and night. It’s waking me up at 3am nightly. Would like to get a sti test done again but I’ve been advised to wait another 5 days. I don’t think I can hang on that long!

I had a similar problem last year. I had frequent need to pee but there was no sign of infection in my urine. I was, within days, in hospital with urosepsis for two days and had 4 antibiotic doses pushed through my arm. It was obviously something that was not showing up in my urine.

The need to pee has gone down rapidly, although still its there.

Today however I had a dull ache in my midriff. Sound familiar to anyone?

Could be a kidney problem. See a doctor.

~ It could possibly be an enlarged prostate. I have an enlarged prostate... its not the end of the world. It can happen with age. However the funny thing is that the last time, that I bicycling, it resulted in some kind of pressure on the gland and so later on I was running to the bathroom. You should run things by a urologist and see what is said.
