I got circumcised 9 weeks ago. Started masturbating 3 weeks ago and didn't have any problems at all. On sunday after i masturbated took a shower and went to sleep. I had no swelling last month and my foreskin could cover maybe 1/3 of glans.
I woke up on Monday and saw swelling on the right side of penis. Swelling is big and because of that i can't put my foreskin back.
I am going to doctor on Thursday but i am very upset. I am in danger(like paraphimosis) or it is swelling that will go down?

If you do not pull your foreskin back you will not get paraphimosis
The thing is that after that swelling my skin didnt go back over the glansI had partial circumcision and now this happened to me.
As i was browsing on the internet i saw something like lymphs can be damaged because of the pressure. Other option is paraphimosis which i am scared of.
Circumcision does damage the whole lymphatic system on penis. Fluid between the cells can not easily flow back to your groin where the nearest lymph nodes locate. Your body will heal the damage partly, but it takes more time than just 9 weeks.
I don't think it is permanent damage, but no one can tell you it for sure, how many days/weeks/months it can last. Some people have swelling left 6-9 months post-op.
When you masturbate by up and down movement you'll push fluid from the shaft over the incision line to head of the penis. Lymph (fluid) has no easy way back at this moment. (This can happen to intact guy too after vigorous self-pleasure.)
Partial circumcision may have some drawback. There is a lot of quite stretchy inner foreskin left back of the incision site. Have you already tested to wrap your swelled head/ring with light pressure bandage. It may help to drain the fluid back to your body.
