Two months in form op and my scar is still a bit sore. Anyone any tips on what I can do to help with any soreness/general healing of scar.

Have you tried using Bio Oil on the scar?

Bio oil on the scar twice a day for 3 months, will gradually soften it up. Worked wonders for me 👍
