Without knowing what sort of problem you are having it is almost impossible to give you support and advice. Most foreskin problems require at least some medical intervention, so you need to talk to your doctor about this.

If the problem is a slight phimosis then it may be able to be treated with manual stretching and a steroid cream prescribed by your doctor. For more severe phimosis and many other problems a circumcision may be necessary or desirable. Only your doctor can properly advise you.
