I didn't mean the pic. Have you read my explanation about cause of swelling. You can try if light pressure on penis by using roll bandage by nights would guide you through these hard times.

I did use self-adherent roller bandage (width 4 or 6 cm). If you have no open wound anymore. You may use the same length 3-4 times by nights until it's too dirty.

Idk what is inner scare? I saw your other post. There is a lot of swelling on your inner skin/mucosal tissue, but normally there is no need for another operation.

If all mucosal tissue is removed, you may have too tight circumcision or at least a new tight scar very near the glans. Just wait at least 6 months and let the wound heal properly.

From where u had surgery? I think once swelling goes , bulging will be present due to excess soft tissues.waiting for ur reply...

For 4 weeks after circumcision the swelling does not look from the photo to be excessive.

Remember that it usually takes 6-8 weeks for an adult circumcision to fully heal, but some swelling may persist for a few more months.

Hi Jayjodi,

For 4 weeks your penis is actually looking very good. Swelling is normal.and can take time to reduce, some men take up to 6 months. So just give it time. The bandage idea may speed up the healing of the swelling.

It looks very good. The swelling will eventually go away. I had my surgery over 8 months ago and I still have some swelling. Hang in there.

It looks fine to me for 4 weeks - as others have said, give it at least 4 months before you revisit.

Hi Man, he's a Doc I'm just a patient, listen to him my friend but don't be afraid to have a second op if needed. See one more Doc for a final opinion? Can I ask what method they used and whether the Doc does a lot of adult circumcisions? Also, what was the reason for having it done? If it's HIV prevention they tend to remove absolutely as much inner skin as possible which sometimes leaves too much outer.

I would think that if the swelling is consistent from the operation to now, your body is still healing. the blood veins and trauma are still settling. If this is new swelling, I would see that as a problem.

Of course, a urologist is always the best person to ask though. I'm not a medical professional.
