If you don't feel itching there I doubt it is balanitis. Even so, you should seek the opinion of a urologist or dermatologist

True, technically there is no cure for balanitis. However it occurs far more often in men and boys who haven't been circumcised.

Always have a biopsy/scrape before turning to circumcision for balanitis.
