Advise needed for care post circumcision

Hi, I had circumcision about 16 days ago. I went with ZSR stapler type. All the staples fell off 3 days ago but i feel uncomfortable when i try to wear trunks. When the penis is not erect, the pressing of folded foreskin when i wear a tight trunk is too bothersome.

Also the glans looks completely dried. Like old people skin when its not erect. Any advice on anything that needs to be applied?

PS doc has given me 2% LOX Jelly and i dont use it simply because it is just anesthetic.

The drying out is a normal part of being circumcised, it will take a while to settle down. The sensitivity should also drop, the glans just needs to get used to being exposed and touching your trunks. Give it time and good luck.

The anaesthetic is to reduce sensitivity so that it is not uncomfortable. If you choose not to use it then you will be uncomfortable.
