Penis length 8 weeks post circumcision

I've had a circumcision 8 weeks ago. Erections are sporadic at best, still quite a bit of numbness. And .. I've lost about 1 1/2 inches in length when erect. What gives here. Any similar experiences? Thank you.

I felt similar but am definitely back to 100% if not slightly larger now (6 months post op). Try not to stress - I had a period of ‘letting it get inside my head’ which affected my sexual enjoyment.

The only long term change I’ve noticed is that I don’t get the feeling of ‘pushing’ through my foreskin at orgasm, which means I need plenty of lube now and it’s more about the penis head than the rest of it. Don’t worry about length!

Same here, I lost around an inch but now back and I have much better erections as no pain from Phimosis. Give it time mate.

These adverse outcomes are possible and should be noted by anyone contemplating having a circumcision.

You do not lose length or gain length from a circumcision - unless you include the pre-circumcision stretched out foreskin in your measurements!! You may have the appearance of lost or gained length but as no part of the penis is removed (other than foreskin) or added then an actual change is not possible.

Definitely felt tight and smaller in the early days, but was back to full length and strength by about weeks 8-10. Just got bigger and stronger from there. We all heal at different speeds.
