It looks to me like the doc went way too tight and removed too much skin. I’m sorry you are going through this man - I really don’t know why nhs specifies low and tight cuts. Did the doc say how long it will take for your body to adjust or if you will get the length back?

I've been browsing here for a while and urologist don't know what they're doing. They do circumcision only for medical benefit without really having the understanding of looks or function, it seems. It's very common AT (young inexperienced doctors) get to do circumcisions, and it shows. To get a good result it seems one has to go to someone who does cosmetical circumcisions.

I lost my length too but I asked my urologist and he said it will take at least a year for the body to adjust and get the penis back to its formal length. He said it’s just the inflammation that’s inside the penis that you can’t see is causing it.

This is obviously a very serious situation you have found yourself in at the hands of the surgeons.. I suffered very serious phycological from a circumcision myself.. IMO.
