I’m on day 12 post circumcision and everything seems to be feeling fine and still slight sensitivity at the gland, However is the incision area supposed to be firm and kind of hard around the cut area because that’s how mines is just making sure that’s normal⁉️

There will be scarring, and scar tissue can be hard. It's early days in your recovery, just see how it goes. Bio Oil or coconut oil can help with scar tissue - women use it in pregnancy for stretch marks.
