Early stitch loss and healing process?

A few of my stitches fell out early on in the healing process due to what I believe may have been caused by repeated pressure to a problem bleeding spot post op. Bleeding resolved around day 5 and most stitches in that area fell out by day 9-10. Yesterday was 4 weeks post op, and it appears that the scar on the right side of my penis (problem area) is hidden deep within skin folds whereas the scar in other areas appears more prominently blended into the old skin. My 5 week urology follow up is next week, but hoping for some input here before then. Thanks!!
