Suture non of it fall off 4 weeks after circumcision

I want to the doctor and he said 2 weeks more but why non off it fall of yet ? Have tiny ever experienced the same think ?

When it comes to healing and surures is all about how your body copes with it . Each penis/body is different . So most probably ur healing stages are a little slower than normal , no need to worry. Mine fell at 7 weeks .

I'm at day 12 and my stitches are starting to look like they're getting untied. Is that a sign that they are starting to dissolve?
