I got circumcised on the 14th of May 2021. The wound has completely healed on the upper part of the penis, but the area under the penis is still swollen and hurts when I press it, it's been over two months now....is something wrong?

If it is not infected then you are likely to be OK. We all heal at different rates. If you are worried, please see a doctor.

You are probably ok. That area usually takes longer to fully heal! But as mentioned, if you are concerned, visit your doctor. Try to let it heal for a few extra weeks/month.

The troublesome region in question is probably the remnant of your frenulum, which ordinarily is the most sensitive part of a man's body. No doubt whoever cut you didn't apprise you of that fact, but eventually the tender and very sensitive nerve endings will probably become your best friend, so treat it well (and don't let anyone amputate any more of whatever remains).
