When should I start using bio-oil?

It's been 4 weeks since circumcision and almost all stitches have dissolved/fallen out. Just wondering when should I start using bio-oil for the scar line? And how often should I use it?

You would normally use it once the wound is completely healed (closed). 2 or 3 times a day massaged into the wound is what I have done after various surgeries.

On day 14 you can start bio oil cause days 1-7 you apply abtibiotic cream on stiching area to avoid infection during healing

And if the wound is not healed on day 14?
