Stretching after circumcision

You may have noticed how your penis appears shorter after circumcision/revision. Here is a tip i learned to help improve the elasticity of the skin to restore length faster.

You have to make sure first that:

1. your scars are completely dry, no open wounds before you do this.

2. Your penis should be flaccid

One hand is gripping the ridge of the penis head, pulling outward. The other hand at the base, pushing down towards the pubic bone.

30 seconds stretch (as strong as you can), 15 seconds rest, 5 repetitions. Do this everyday.

Hey man! Your penis looks good! How long ago did you get circumcised? How long did it take for you to fully recover? I got done 5 days back, and am assuming I have a long way to go.

It took about a month for my wounds to completely heal. It was LASER revision circumcision.

Do you still feel a bit of tightness near the frenelum area? I am 5 weeks in, and Indo feel a bit of tightness and itching near the frenulum, even though the wound is completely healed

No i don't. There is no more tightening whatsoever

Thanks for your post. How long should I wait after op to start these exercises? I had circumcision and frenilectomy. I’m week 8 post op.
