Does it hurt when removing the inner Shang ring?

I was circumcised 5 days ago with Shang ring method. Pain on the 1st night was 10/10 even on pain killers. After that was 5/10 and now on Day 5 is 0/10.

Doctor took the outer ring out on Day 4 and asked me to remove the inner ring that is stuck underneath shaft skin on my own with instruction given on Day 7.

Anyone here have done it with Shang ring? Does it hurt when the inner ring is being removed? Did your wound healed or it was still fresh wound when the ring is removed?

Dan I had the Shang ring on the 9th of December . My penis looks horrible and itches lol. How’s yours going?

It’s was very painful when I got mine removed. They twisted the inner ring off, and the best way I can describe the pain is like getting an Indian burn done to your arm. Then the pain lingers for 5 to 10 minutes after as the blood flow goes back into your penis since the ring is king of like a tourniquet.
