8 days post circumcision

Hi, is it normal to have a balloon like swelling between the shaft and glans?

It's my 8th day after the surgery, painless but very concerned about the swelling that looks like a balloon. Do I need to be worried or is it just part of the process?

Yes, swelling after a circumcision is to be expected and will last for a couple of months, although reducing with time.

I think the higher the circumcision, the more the inflation will be because the shaft skin is thicker and compresses more than the foreskin skin.

Yes normal after few weeks it will be ok now my 21 days complete still my skin covers penis head 80% sometimes open half sometimes cover but swelling much less compare to first 2 weeks
